I think one of the reasons Spy and Demoknight have garnered so much interest (at least in frag videos) is that they are melee classes in a shooter game. They have a lot of fascinating techniques to pull, be it trimping, or different trickstabs. Meanwhile scout, at least in my view, is just "jump around and dodge a lot, and shoot real good."

Putting sentries facing the corner can actually work though because less aware enemies will just talk half way around the corner and since it takes a second to start shooting they won't have time to walk back behind cover. Of course the enemy has to not be aware if it for this to work :p
